It can replace screw processing by manual adopted widely at present. Spindle long/cross feed adopts ac servo motor, pulse encoder feedback. The bed guide rail has high-strength ultra audio frequency quenching and then precision grinding, the bed saddle pasted with plastic, and has little friction coefficient
Milling head motor adopts frequency conversion motor, milling head speed infinitely adjustable-speed, can process all kinds of cylinder, Cone, double cone , equal lead, gradual lead, equal slot depth and variable slot depth screws with variable pitch and slot depth.
Machining roughness can reach ra3.2; screw lead error is 0.06mm/300mm.
