Spindle is three supporting structures, with 4-files (mechanical gears) and step-less speed regulation within file.
The feed system is directly driven by the AC servo motor, longitudinal ball screw and transverse ball screw are driven by the synchronous toothed belt to realize the half closed-loop control of the whole machine.
The large carriage guide rail is pasted with plastic, and the middle carriage guide rail adopts dovetail guide rail to reduce friction and low-speed crawling;
The guide rail surface and ball screw are lubricated by the timing and quantitative lubrication system.
